Comme anciens chasseurs, nous irons dans un territoire sans sentier. En travaillant avec des crochets, taches, points, bandes, autocollants et coupures, nous découvrirons les possibilités de l'improvisation dans le dessin et l'illustration.
L'objectif de l'atelier est de faire des dessins de manière amusante, exploratoire et sans avoir besoin utiliser des ressources techniques complexes. Nous commencerons à improviser sans définir des manières concrètes, et en même temps nous nous maintiendrons gentils et négligents (comme chasseurs), pour pouvoir capturer notre « prisonnier ».
Coupures de revues qui dissimulent une face ? Rayonnes de crayon qui sont transformées un animal ? Autocollants qui rappellent un paysage marin ? Notre oeuvre finale se révélera soudain quand, sans préavis, notre esprit « capture » une forme connue dans le chaos de figures abstraites qui sont apparues quand nous dessinerons sans penser.
Une fois nous trouvons notre image, il finit déjà la partie de chasse. Nous achèverons notre « prisonnier » avec un détail ou deux. Nous lui mettrons un titre, et c'est fait. Notre illustration est prête être dévorée/jouie aussi par d'autres.
As ancient hunters we will penetrate in a territory without paths. Working with scrawls, stains, points, stripes, stickers and cuts, will discover possibilities of the improvisation in drawing and illustration.
The focus of the workshop is to do drawings in an amusing way, exploratory and without needing to use complex technical resources. We will begin improvising without defining concrete forms, and at the same time will remain attentive and relaxed (such as hunters), in order to be able to capture our "quarry".
Magazine cuts that hide a face? Pencil rayons that are transformed in an animal? Stickers that remember us a marine landscape? Our final work reveals itself to us suddenly when, without prior notice, our mind "capture" and recognizes a way in the chaos of abstract figures emerged when we draw without thinking. Once we find our image, the shoot is almost ready. We will finish off our "quarry" with a detail or two. We will put it a title, and that's it. Our illustration is ready to be devoured/enjoyed also by other.
